preference is that you e-mail your completed application
form to info@mennosimonscentre.com.
You will be asked to sign a printed
copy as a condition of acceptance into the residence. If your
application is accepted, you will need to pay the damage/holding
deposit (by April 1st for the summer term, or July 1st for the
fall/spring terms).
NOTE: The
PDF forms are not currently fillable/saveable at this time, so the Word
documents are recommended.
When you submit your
application, you must pay your $50
application fee by credit card or mail a cheque/money order.
NOTE: there is a fee of $1.80 to cover
processing costs (e.g. $51.80).

accepted, you must pay your
$250 damage/holding deposit by credit card or mail a
cheque/money order by the due date (April 1/July 1, per above). NOTE: there is a fee of $7.62 to cover processing costs (e.g. $257.62) |

ROOM RATES AT THE MENNO SIMONS
CENTRE
The room rates listed below are your reference only. Official room rates are listed in the Information and Application packages above. Room selection is subject to availability.
Summer 2011 (May to August 2011):
- $425 per month ($1,700/semester) for a small or normal room
- $452 per month ($1,808/semester) for a large room
Fall 2011 - Spring 2012 (September 2011 to April 2012):
- small room: $409.50/month ($1,638 per four month semester, only 2 available)
- normal room: $456.75/month ($1,827 per four month semester)
- large room: $483/month ($1,932 per four month semester, only 5 available)
